Type or print your ad on letter size paper. Payment must accompany all ads.

2a: Fax with credit card payment information.

Please identify your local affiliation and if using a stage name, or given name under which you are a member of the AFM. Illegible handwritten ads will be returned. Multiple insertions must be sent on separate sheets of paper.

Please note:

Alterations or copy changes that need to be made in an advertisement after the 10th of the month prior to publication, will be made at a flat fee of $15.

All advertisements are subject to acceptance by the publisher. The publisher will not accept advertisements that are illegal, defamatory, or an infringement on a third party's rights. The publisher has the right to refuse or edit any ad copy deemed inappropriate or offensive.
